Helping you during school closure

Dear parents and carers, we would like to support you as much as possible during this uncertain time whilst school is closed.

In this section we will post links to information that we think you will find useful.

We will add links to websites that your child might like to try as soon as we know about them. Many providers are currently offering high quality content for free. Some websites are experiencing high traffic at the moment and so there may be times when some content is not available. Check back to see what websites we have added.

You should be receiving daily emails from your child's class teacher or one of their specialist teachers with work activities for your child to complete that day, as well as suggestions for websites and other activities that you might want to try. If you are not receiving the emails from your child's teacher, please email the admin address so that we can ensure we have the correct email address for you. Please note that if staff are sick then another member of staff may email instead if that is appropriate, or there may be a break in receiving emails. We will try our best to ensure that this does not happen.

We have a youtube channel where teachers are starting to add some lessons, and also some story sessions. Go to YouTube and search Dunkirk Primary to find all the videos.

Your child's teacher would love to see any work they complete. Please send photos back to the class email address. We would love to publish some of these on our website. If you are happy for your child's work to be uploaded please let the teacher know. It will be posted on the class page with the child's first initial.

If you have any questions related to your child's work, please email the class page. If you have any queries related to anything else, or if you wish to give us feedback about how better we can support you, please email the main school email -
