Kitchen Assistant Vacancy
Dunkirk Primary & Nursery are looking for a kitchen assistant to join our fantastic team and to maintain the current high catering standards within the school.
The successful candidate will work on in our kitchen and dining areas.
Duties include:
- Loading / unloading dishwasher
- Putting tables / benches out and away
- Cleaning kitchen and serving area
- Preparing sandwiches / salads / fruit
- Cleaning hall tables and benches
- Putting away deliveries
- Support serving if short staffed
- This could be based at either campus
Experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Job Details:
Hours: 5 hours per week 12:50pm-1:50pm (there may be overtime opportunities to cover staff absence)
Monday to Friday term time
Pay: £10.60 per hour (pending 2023 pay award increase)
