Mrs Hollis and Mrs Beeley are dressing to Express Themselves. Read more to see. How are you going to Express Yourself?
Dunkirk Primary is having an 'Express Yourself' week as part of Children's Mental Health Week
The theme for Children’s Mental Health Week 2021 is “Express Yourself”. We would like to invite all staff and pupils whether @home or @campus to “Dress to Express Yourself” on Friday 5th February. You can dress to express your interests, your hobbies or your emotions. Here are some ideas:
• Wear your favourite sports clothes
• Wear your favourite colour
• Wear bright colours if you’re feeling happy
• Dress as a superhero if you’re feeling strong
• Wear blue if you’re feeling sad – maybe we can help to cheer you up?
We would like to use this week as an opportunity to reconnect our @home pupils with our @campus pupils – if you send a photo of your child dressing to express themselves, if they have “website permissions”, we will compile @campus and @home pupils’ photos into a collage per class and share it with you via Class Dojo. Please send this photo to your child’s online teacher on Friday. We will take photos of @campus children (if they have website permissions). We will share the collages on the following Monday.
