In our final set of reading lessons led by Mr Hall, we focus on a mythical and nonsensical narrative poem called 'The Jabberwocky' by Lewis Carroll. Lewis Carroll is particularly famous for writing 'Alice in Wonderland' and 'Alice Through the Looking Glass'.

Lewis Carroll definitely had an interesting view on vocabulary - 'brillig', 'slithy', 'toves' are a few examples. So the WALT is focused on:
