Let's get out bodies moving!
Apple class have been having lots of fun in our PE sessions with Miss Lisa!
We have learned how important our hearts are to us and that we need to look after them by exercising and eating well. Exercising makes our hearts beat faster as it pumps blood around our body, we also get hot and sweaty. We have learned that we need to warm up our muscles before we exercise and cool them down after exercise so that we don't ache the next day!
We have really enjoyed team games, mini races, running at different paces, running whilst listening and running whilst communicating to others, phew! That was difficult! When we learned to dodge we didn't bang into each other so much.
At the end of each session we did some yoga and visualisation to chill before going back to class.
